Accessibility
Built for everyone
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Platinum Powerboats is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checkbox.
What this site does for accessibility
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and accessible labels on interactive controls, including the 3D configurator.
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, forms, video players, and the accessibility toolbar.
- Respect for your system’s reduced-motion preference: animations are automatically disabled when your device requests it.
- An accessibility toolbar — the icon at the lower-left of every page — offering larger text, high-contrast mode, underlined links, paused animations, and readable spacing. Your choices are saved in your browser and never sent to us.
- Captions are available on our embedded documentary via YouTube’s caption controls.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded social media and video players, may not fully conform to our standards. The interactive 3D boat viewer is a visual feature; all information it conveys is also available as text on the same page.
